United Contractor Services was selected as the specialty subcontractor for the AdventHealth Medical Center expansion — one of the largest healthcare construction projects in Central Florida in over a decade. Our scope covered acoustical ceiling systems, drywall, and interior framing across all clinical, administrative, and patient care areas.
Working within an active healthcare environment required strict infection control protocols, phased scheduling to minimize disruption to existing operations, and close coordination with the general contractor and hospital facilities team throughout every phase of the build.
Our crews self-performed all work from our Orlando regional office, deploying experienced foremen with specific expertise in healthcare construction standards and ICRA compliance.
